REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

 

Some techniques used include: cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, traction, body brushing, Chinese gwa sha and heat therapy.

 

Corrective homework exercises may be given to enhance your treatment.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Assists the amateur and elite athlete focusing on prevention and treatment of sport related conditions, training and competition preparation and recovery.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Helps to relax mother and baby. Relieves that tired achy neck & shoulders and stiff and sore lower back & hips. Look after yourself at this forever changing stage.
